Contact El Castillo Maya for daily or weekly reservations in Isla Mujeres, MX. For reservation of one week or more, a deposit of $500 is required. This deposit will be refunded on or after departure provided that there has been no damage to the premises beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Within this 2 week period other enquiries may be received and if so we will try to contact you immediately if these enquiries would like to place a deposit to reserve the same time period. If we are unable to contact you regarding your reserved time, it may be booked unless 1/2 deposit has been received. The sooner your deposit is received, your reservation will be guaranteed. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is received at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason (payment in full before arrival is another option). If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. All refunds will include a 20% handling charge deducted from monies deposited. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforeseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge subject to availability; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
